Affectionately referred to as "Shaxx and Cheese", due to the almost neon-orange I mixed for his armour color, this was another one of my favorite pieces to paint. Distressing armour like this is always a real joy; heavy washes you let dry then rub clean.
The ToyFair version had a lot more battle damage; distressing of the black paint and silver edging on the shoulder pads and arms, and a light dry brush on the pants and belts. That had to be taken off for cost, but he came out great in production so of the things to lose it wasn't that bad.

Version shown at ToyFair2018. Additional battle damage, better washes/DB, missing gold horn tips and necklace stripes, and the armour orange color was later changed.
