PAINTED PROTOTYPE - Boba Fett BoBF minibust for DST/Gentle Giant

Boba Fett, from "The Book of Boba Fett", minibust painted for Diamond Select Toys/Gentle Giant.

I painted this guy way, way back in October 2021. I loved painting the weathering and tiny scratches on the armour; the hard part of course is matching as close as possible to the show reference. And duplicating it. Just saw the production pieces this past week, and I think they did a great job over in China.

It was a great sculpt to work off of, the artist did a great job getting the specific details right. If I can dig up the name of the sculptor I'll add it to the credits.

As my first Boba Fett, it'll remain one of my favorite projects I've worked on out here.
