PAINTED PROTOTYPE - Leia Milestone for DST/Gentle Giant

Leia Milestone Statue painted prototype for Diamond Select Toys/Gentle Giant.

One of my favorite projects since working for Diamond, a real joy to paint. The sculpt was absolutely stunning and spot on to Carrie Fischer.

This was done during lockdown while we were all working from home. I actually used five different colors on just the gown, to mimic the semi-translucent nature of the fabric. I was really happy to see they were able to keep it in production.
