Leia Boushh Premier (1/7 scale) statue painted for Gentle Giant/DST.

Another top favorite project of mine. Painted around February 2022.
I loved working on the clothing for this one. There were so many interesting textures in the different types of leather, suede, knit fabric, cloth, plastics and metals used in the original outfit for Return of the Jedi.
I was able to get some decent reference for this one, which is always a struggle for Original Trilogy items since there was very poor documentation and storage back then. I'm really happy with how I captured all the different materials using different combinations of washes, drybrushes, and good-ol hand painted effects.
I received the China factory copy recently, and I think they did an amazing job over there, a beautiful statue to display.
