Kobe Bryant for McFarlane Toys - #4 and #5 of set PAINTED PROTOTYPES

I haven't posted here for a long while (waiting for things to get through approvals...) But after the tragic passing of Kobe Bryant over the weekend, I thought I'd share the NBA prototypes of him I had painted for McFarlane Toys.
I've never been huge into sports, and most of the figures I painted I couldn't tell you who they were or what they did. But Kobe was one of the few faces and names I knew, and I knew he was special. It's a great loss, and my sympathies to the families of those affected, and to all the fans who he meant so much to.
