PAINTED PROTOTYPE - Yoda Milestone for Gentle Giant/DST

Painted prototype of Yoda Milestone (1/6 scale) statue for Gentle Giant/DST.

Another absolute joy to paint. I really love this sculpt, I think it's one of the best Yoda sculpts I've seen across all the collectable companies. I worked hard to try and capture the soft variations in skin tone; with peachy underlighting and minty stubble accents under his chin, over top warm-green base tones with dull green washes.
I also focused on creating as much texture as possible, like on the clothing to give it the feel of old fraying fabric.
I really loved how the stump turned out. It is a beautiful sculpt in all it's details, and I was really happy with my color choices to bring out the feeling of an old, decaying, swamp stump.
